Helen runs a range of different courses in drawing,
sketching, watercolour and interior design.
Drawing and Sketching Course
1st and 2nd Monday of the month (holidays excluded) 10am - 4pm
You may have always wanted to discover the pure joy of drawing or perhaps you want to learn how to use drawing as a useful tool for communicating and visualising your creative ideas.
The 2 x 1 day per week course teaches you the building blocks of drawing and sketching and simple rules of perspective in an enjoyable and friendly atmosphere.
Day One
Students learn how to use pencils to give texture, shape and structure to their drawing.
Building on the morning session, students learn simple perspective to give their drawings 3-dimensional depth and realism.
Day Two
Students learn more complex techniques to create a composition and focus key elements of the scene.
Finally, students will draw a full 3 dimensional space from life working on their own chosen subject.
Course Fee
150 Euros per person with 50% payable in advance, minimum class size of 4 people. Light refreshments only will be provided.
NB. If students wish to continue improving their drawing techniques then classes can continue subject to availability.

This course explains how to effectively plan your project considering room layout and function, lighting, materials, colour schemes and how to select the right decorative elements to suit your style, taste and requirements.
